Very cozy with delicious food. Rest well enjoying very nice place

Surprisingly this old school café presents a decent and good food.We tried Gudeg Manggar and Sop Buntut and they're good! Beyond our expectation.The taste of the coffee is smooth and low acidity.Their wedang tape and wedang kencur jahe tubruk were also good.Surprisingly recommended.

Don't know what is so special about this place, however I see the out of towners attraction here. Good coffee

Nice place for a rest and drink coffee during your trip

The legend place. Hot tofu is the best. Delicious n salty. Put the chilly ketchup will make it perfect. Try the coffee while enjoying cool ambiance over there.

You need a place which could give you a best service or local products? Just come in. They have their own Coffee field, they proccess it, and they also have the special one "Tahu" or Tofu.

Such a nostalgic place to hang out at this coffee house since I was a kid travelling with my parents who now have passed away...

This place has been around since,,,,forever? :DI remember when I was a kid back in 80's we sometimes had lunch or dinner in this place on our trip to/from Solo or Surabaya. I could not remember much about the food or anything back then, aside from its wide glass windows and big trees surrounding this place.Since 2015 however I have been to this restaurant at least once a year. As the other reviewers said, their signature dish is "Tahu Kuah" (tofu served in savory clear soup). It can be eaten as snack, appetizer, or like we always do, as take away menu. Their menu mostly are Indonesian food such as Ayam Goreng, Rawon, Pecel, etc. Overall they taste good with reasonable price.While you're there, don't forget to try their coffee, either served hot or cold since coffee is the main commodity in the surrounding area.Definitely will come back there every year

very good place to drink coffe and some meal.nostalgia place since 1960.the air is there is cool, as good like Puncak at Bogor.

Coffee & fried banana is good

This place brings the childhood memories. Was very famous for travellers back 15 years ago. The food is okay, mostly local food. Opor is very recommended. Good for travellers with kids. At the playground, parent should supervise the children, some area are very steep & need to be fenced

I didn't order the coffee because I heard the quality was not good anymore. The snacks, however, are still very good. The mendoan and the banana fritters were delicious. The tofu was not your usual fried tofu, it was fried then served juicy in delicious broth.

Good coffee but make sure if you like dark or black coffee if not your coffee add sugar on it. Price is OK not too much expensive

This place have many delicious food and drink.. The hot tofu "tahu rebus" is recommend to eat if you go there.. They have a clean toilet with super cool water..

this hotel locates in a quiet,cool weather place half way of the hill. though i stayed only one night here,i made very good impression of the staff and boss. who were very helpful and friendly. if you are lucky enough you can go to the second floor early in the morning to catch a nice sunrise.i quite like this place here.

the restaurant serve some luscious foods and it has been around for more than 25 years, we have had a meal here several times during the 80s but we pass by this eatery more than a hundred times as we went to Semarang or Solo

Twice for having dinner in this place.. nice place, good foods and comfort for babies..

Although we spent only half an hour at around 1400hr on an idle Saturday in February, I am very much pleased. With the coffee, the tofu and of course the chicken opor! Highly recommending for people to visit and relax!

One of the oldest place and legendary atbthe area.. The coffee is best compared to other places around..it has its own taste supported by its own farm and manual process.. Affordable price with delicious food also,clean toilet, nice staff.. It has proper parking lot in case you need to take a break from the traffic of Semarang-Jogja route... They also provide different buildings to rent for special moment such as wedding, meeting etc

Legendary coffe house that still exist. Menu product and venue are the advantages. Recommended rest area for travelers.
